The Gi Metal Dough Tray CASS403010 is perfect for storing your pizza dough whether at home or in your 'domestic' kitchen or home.
The 40 x 30 trays can fit approximately 6 x standard sized dough balls (for 28-30cm dia. pizzas).

Gi Metal CASS403010 readily integrate into large production pizza and baking operations for improved product handling and storage. With stacking capability and also smooth surface the dough trays resist stains and moisture and are easily cleaned in standard washers.
The trays are lightweight and are good for long term storage of pizza dough proofing and also easy to clean.
The Gi.Metal 40 x 30 pizza dough boxes come in 10 cm high. Lids are also available.
If used at home, ensure that you can fit the dough tray into your refrigerator.
