Gi Metal CASS604007 readily integrate into large production pizza and baking operations for improved product handling and storage. With stacking capability and also smooth surface the dough trays resist stains and moisture and are easily cleaned in standard washers.
The trays are lightweight at 1.17kg, they are good for long term storage of pizza dough proofing and also easy to clean.
Gi Metal pizza dough boxes are offered in three depths, 7 cm, 10 cm and 13cm. Lids are also available. for each sized pizza dough tray.
