The Vesuvio Valoriani Verace 120 Series Commercial Woodfired Oven is approved by A.V.P.N and offers a unique cooking system. The patented R.H.S. (Recycling Heating System) allows the recovery and exploitation of the emissions by recycling at the high temperature under the baking floor. Thanks to the R.H.S., the baking floor temperature remains consistent, even in those floor areas which are away from the heat source.
Vesuvio Valoriani Verace 120 Series Commercial Woodfired Oven has combustion that is adjustable, allowing for very economical fuel consumption. The quality of the emissions into the atmosphere is superior compared to other ovens on the market, thereby meeting strict international standards. It can be installed on a frame or base and represents a new era of environmentally sensitive cooking whilst ensuring centuries old quality, flavors and traditions.
