The best ooni pizza oven in Australia depends on several considerations; what's best for you:
1) Wood or Gas? Whether you like the ease of a gas pizza oven without compromising on pizza quality (see below the Ooni Koda 16 or the smaller option Ooni Koda 12.
Or, if you're thinking more about the romance of a wood-fire experience (see the Ooni Karu 16 or Ooni Fyra pizza oven models). These are easily the best wood fire ovens by Ooni.
To consider: In Australia, are you in a bush fire area? If so, in the summer, you may be unable to use a wood-fired pizza oven so check with your local government area. If this is the case, a gas pizza oven may suit you best.
2) Budget & Size. Ooni has created two sizes of the Ooni Koda and Ooni Karu ranges, a 12" and a 16". Having a 16" pizza oven allows you to benefit from the distance the pizza can be placed away from the flame. This helps with cooking the crust more evenly.

This is not to say the Ooni Koda 12" or Ooni Karu 12" can't cook awesome pizzas - you just have to have a little more concentration on the pizza cooking and turning for the 60-90 seconds the pizza takes to cook.
