Our Sydney office for sales, customer service and operations is open again as of the 4th January.
Warehouse closures as per the below remain in place.
We are back on skeleton staff on the 4th January with full operations back on the 11th January.
We are doing our best to answer calls, emails and online chats from the 4th however please be patient we will get back to you within 1 business day maximum from the 4th Jan.

Will my order arrive before Christmas?
The last thing we want is for you to not receive your order before Christmas.
We have warehouses in Sydney and Melbourne. Both have different stock, by brand. In some cases, we occasionally send direct from manufacturer if we don't have stock in our warehouse. This does not affect the order process for you, we do everything in the background to make things go as fast as possible.
Warehouse Closures By Warehouse & Product Brands
Due to our closures as listed below over the Christmas and New Year period, opening again at various stages in early January. This means that our standard delivery times will most likely not be accurate.

Melbourne Warehouse - Ooni, Flaming Coals, Polito
Our warehouse in Melbourne will be dispatching orders as per the following times over the Christmas holidays.
Closed weekends and public holidays.
Closed December 23rd-28th, 31st, January 1st
Open & Dispatching orders on December 29th, 30th, January 4th onwards.
Orders for this warehouse will go out the next available open business day for orders before 11am that open working day, if in stock. Otherwise next open business day dispatch.
Sydney Warehouse - Centro, Coldline, DeliVita, Gi.Metal, Moretti Forni, Regina, Valoriani, Vesusio
Orders made from with products from our Sydney warehouse brands will be dispatched when warehouse opened back up.
Closed: From 23rd December
Open back up: 11th January 2020.
VIC, NSW and QLD Deliveries
Our warehouses are in Melbourne and Sydney (brand dependent) which means if you're in a metro delivery area you should receive your order before Christmas if ordered before the 11th of December.
If you're in a regional area we recommend getting your order in no later than the 4th of December.
SA, WA, TAS, ACT & NT
Orders for the above states should be in before the 4th of December and as early as the 27th of November for regional areas within these states.

We Can't Make Any Promises... Sorry!
As we are at the mercy of our couriers and warehousing partners we, unfortunately, can't promise that your order will arrive on time. We hate to say it but the reality is that things go wrong sometimes - that's life! But we can promise that we will do all we possibly can to ensure your delivery does arrive on time.
Please provide us either with a residential or business address. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Our order process is simple:
- After adding your items to cart, to check the shipping price, simply click on the cart icon on the top right-hand corner, then "View My Cart", enter in your state and postcode, then click "calculate shipping".
- Proceed to checkout & enter in your details. A confirmation email is sent immediately upon placing your order.
- A confirmation email of dispatch with tracking ID is sent when your order leaves our warehouse.
Please note that purchases made on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
AUS Islands: We cannot deliver to some Australian islands. For those we can, an air freight surcharge applies. Please contact us to confirm shipping feasibility if you reside in such areas.
International Orders: Although we primarily ship within Australia, we also cater for international shipments. Please contact our sales team at email@example.com and we'll provide you with a custom shipping order.
Rest assured that the shipping price already includes tailgate fees. Note that some of our larger items are quite heavy at 40-400kg+ and this is factored into the final shipping price.
We work hard to maintain the most economical shipping rates. If you believe the shipping price is unusual please contact us so we can help you manually find alternative shipping routes to get the cheapest possible rate.
We use AusPost, Startrack, Allied Express, Couriers Please, TNT and other courier services as required for shipment.
Delivery timeframes depend on location and generally take 1-3 business days. Additionally for:
- WA/TAS: allow up to 2 extra business days.
- For country/rural/remote locations: allow up to 3 extra business days.
ORDERING MULTIPLE ITEMS
To reduce the cost of shipping, our products are sent directly from either our warehouse in Melbourne, VIC or direct from the manufacturer. This means when ordering multiple products, they may be shipped to you in multiple packages and arrive on separate days.
IF NO ONE IS HOME
If no one is present at delivery, your consignment will be transferred to a nearby depot and a card will be left with instructions for re-delivery/collection. To avoid the inconvenience of having to visit the depot and any potential re-delivery fees we recommend you state "Authority To Leave" in the checkout comment box.
MOVING AN ITEM TO A SPECIFIC LOCATION
As part of OH&S regulations, for items which are under 40kg and that do not require a tailgate truck - our couriers are only permitted to move your consignment at or near your front door and side gate. They are not permitted to move it beyond these points. Please plan ahead with your own private contractor if you wish to move your item inside your house.
CALLING PRIOR TO DELIVERY
Couriers are unable to provide a call prior to delivery due to the large volumes of deliveries they have to get through during the day. If you need to attend the delivery personally, please keep track of the ETA day from the tracking link we provide in email. It's best to state "Authority To Leave" in the checkout comment box to avoid delays resulting from missed delivery attempts.
