The festive season is upon us, and nothing says Christmas like a brand new pizza oven or accessory as a gift. We're here to ensure your holiday surprises arrive on time.
Because we want to make sure that you actually get your Christmas gifts before Christmas we have devised a cunning plan for order cut offs for each area in Australia.
Will my order arrive before Christmas?
For your order to be delivered before Christmas see below: That isn't to say that if you order after this date you won't receive your order before Christmas we just can't guarantee it will.
Delivery Times To VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, ACT
If you’re in Metro Melbourne, and order either an Ooni or Everdure oven, your oven will be dispatched next business day up until Tuesday 19th December 2023.
For Guaranteed attempted Christmas delivery outside of Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide, Brisbane Metro please place your order before 14th December 2023.
Beyond this date isn't to say that our couriers won't get your order to you, it's just getting tight.
Otherwise estimated December delivery times for:
- Melbourne Metro areas is 2-3 business days.
- Sydney/Canberra Metro areas is 2-4 business days.
- Brisbane Metro area is 2-4 business days.
- Other metro areas 2-5 business days
- Regional is 3-8 business days.
Deliveries to WA, NT, TAS
Delivery before Christmas please place your order before 12 December 2023.
WA is estimated to be around 5-8 business days
Delivery for NT and TAS is around 4-8 business days.
Warehouse Closures By Warehouse & Product Brands
Given the holiday closures and varying dispatch schedules, our standard delivery times may be affected. Here's what you need to know:
Melbourne Warehouse
Brands - Ooni, Everdure
Ooni and Everdure ovens are being dispatched daily out of our Melbourne warehouse.
Melbourne Metro postcodes are for Ooni and Everdure oven orders come with FREE NEXT DAY delivery - your choice - (Melbourne Metro Only).
Other areas outside of Melbourne we are shipping with Startrack Road Express or Hunter Express.
- Operational over the Christmas and New Year holidays, closed only on public holidays and weekends.
- Last dispatch date before Xmas: Thursday 22nd December 2023
- Dispatching resumes: Thursday 28th December 2023
Please note that not all couriers will be active at full capacity over the Christmas and New Year holidays so there will will probably be delays in collections from our warehouse and also deliveries to you.

Polito Orders
Our Polito Giotto pizza ovens are currently for pre-order. Order now to be included in the first batch of ovens to be dispatched for 2024.
Dispatching 2024 Batch 1 Orders: 1st-2nd week of February 2024
