Shipping & Returns

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically confirm that the item is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Christmas Shipping

Due to a big increase in customer orders and congested courier traffic as we approach Christmas, The Pizza Oven Store advises to see below for our Christmas cut-off dates for items to be delivered and received in time for Christmas.

*Please note: The cut-off dates are provided by our couriers for your convenience. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee the arrival of your products before Christmas under any circumstances.

*Next Business Day delivery is available for certain products only, and will depend on your location. We recommend to check the postage calculator to see which delivery services are offered for your area.

Shipping Costs:

The Pizza Oven Store offers fixed price delivery on all pizza ovens to the following metro areas:

Gold Coast

For fixed price shipping just add the selected item to the cart, go to the checkout and enter your address for price confirmation. 

For regional areas or areas outside of the above-listed cities please send an email to or phone for a delivery quote to your location.


Shipping Promotion Offers

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions to Metro areas only, these areas are as per the cities noted above only.  If outside of these metro areas please call or email us for a delivery quote to your address, stating the promotional code for the free shipping, and we will do our best to match the promotional code discount cost.  


Shipping Terms & Conditions

1. Our couriers need to service the area and address.
2. We only ship to mainland Australia.

3. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
4. Delivery will be to street access only, please advise if there are any steps or difficult deliveries as this may incur an extra fee.
5. Someone must be home to sign for the delivery

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@the


Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to within 12 hours of delivery.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $50 administration fee, whether or not your order has been shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be provided if the product has not been used.  Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
