The Carawela Classico Is Really Easy To Use

The oven comes prefabricated and ready to use.  Out of the box, all that's required to do is place the chimney on the top and insert the refractory bricks into the oven.

Using wood as the fuel, cooking with the Carawela Classico couldn't be easier.  Starting the fire is easy. Light a stacked pile of kindling directly under the flue.  Once the fire is going, simply move to the back of the oven and add some slightly larger bits of hardwood to the fire. Loading the more wood to the fire couldn't be simpler, just add pieces through the mouth of the oven.

The Classico can be used as a portable pizza oven, benchtop pizza oven or free-standing with its own stand (sold separately).  The design and size of the Classico make it perfect as the stylish feature of any entertaining area.  At 45kg, the Classico is a lightweight and with external dimensions of only 68cm deep by 66cm wide, it's easy to find a place for it to go.

The wood is loaded in through the front of the oven which allows the Carawela Classico to be placed up against a wall.  This allows a seamless built-in benchtop pizza oven look to an entertaining area.  Perfecto!

    QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

    Ask a Question
    • Without the stand - what does the benchtop need to be constructed of as to not get damaged by the heat of the Oven (if any). Can it sit on a wooden table for instance - without damaging the table? What is recommended?

Hi, any benchtop that can withstand heat. Cemented benchtop will be good.
