Stainless Steel Double Wall Pizza Oven

Stainless Steel is superior due to its resistance to salt and sea corrosion. If you are looking for a stainless steel pizza oven, your search should end here. The floor is made with refractory floor tiles, and the decorative facade bricks are composed of refractory cement (Lafarge), while the inside structure is made of forged iron, allowing this oven to stay hot on the inside for hours while staying cool on the outside! Maximus Prime Portable Pizza Oven has a specific design that sends the heat over your food which allows for convection cooking and better heat retention.

Productivity:

It can cook up to 150 - 10" pizzas or 80 - 12" pizzas per hour. Cooks pizzas in under 2 minutes. These ovens use 2-3kg of wood per hour depending upon moisture.

Modifications for Food Trucks

Planning to use this oven in a food truck or trailer? It'll need some modifications to handle the suspension. Your vehicle must have satisfactory suspension, and the oven's face must be securely fastened with added bolts from the dome into the face. We provide an instructional video for this post-purchase modification. Please note that the warranty is void if not properly modified.
