Ooni 16" Bamboo Pizza Peel
The lightweight, durable Ooni 16" Bamboo Pizza Peel has a moisture-resistant, smooth bamboo surface. This helps prevent pizza dough from sticking. This stylish board is perfect for serving and slicing pizzas.
Although the Ooni bamboo peel and serving boards can be used technically as a launching peel, we highly recommend to NOT use them for launching and instead use a metal launching pizza peel due to the manoeuvrability, lightweight form (in comparison to bamboo peels) and ease.
