3. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or Parcel Lockers.
4. Delivery will be to street access only, please advise if there are any steps or difficult deliveries as this may incur an extra fee.
5. Someone must be home to sign for the delivery
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within two to five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@thepizzaovenstore.com.au
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@thepizzaovenstore.com.au within 12 hours of delivery.
All orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a $50 administration fee, whether or not your order has been shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be provided if the product has is not been used. Any signs of damage or use will not be refunded. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Refunds will not be given for changing mind, finding cheaper somewhere else, deciding to not like the purchase or gave no use for it.
