Moretti Forni Dough Divider And Rounder iR260/15
The iR260/15 has two hydraulics, one to cut the dough into portions and another to apply pressure to the dough. The machine moves the plate in a circular motion which then rounds the dough balls into perfect consistent portions ready for proving.
The machine is an exceptional investment which in the long run cuts out a large portions of labour costs and time for the pizzaiolo.
