Proof of Purchase
All returns must include a receipt or valid proof of purchase.
Important Notice
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds and Partial Refunds
Refunds are subject to inspection upon return. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a few days. For change-of-mind returns, store credit will be issued for the value of the original purchase.
Partial refunds may apply under the following conditions:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
- Books with obvious signs of use.
- Items not returned in full re-saleable condition.
Please note:
- A 10% re-stocking fee may apply.
- Original shipping and handling fees will be deducted unless another order is placed.
- For orders with free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
- Express shipping fees are non-refundable in cases of courier delays, except when the incorrect service was booked by us.
Sale Items
Refunds are only available for regular-priced items; sale items are not eligible.
Exchanges
We do not offer item-for-item exchanges. Customers requiring a different size or variation should place a new order through our website. Refunds for the original item will be processed upon its return and inspection.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Any initial shipping fees will also be deducted from the refund.
