The Spitfire Gold is a premium gas burner designed for Valoriani ovens, heating the cooking surface up to 400–450ºC with even, consistent heat across the oven floor. Unlike wood burning, which can be obstructed by ash, the Spitfire Gold delivers uniform cooking results every time. With no ash to remove, it also makes cleaning your oven quicker and easier—ideal for busy commercial kitchens.
AGA Approved for Australia
The Spitfire Gold is the only gas burner AGA approved for Australia (Approval #8191).
It is Type A approved for use with Valoriani Igloo 120/140 and GR120/140 ovens. This means you do not need costly Type B certification (which can range from $1,000–$3,000) when installing this burner—unlike many other gas appliance pizza ovens. With the Spitfire Gold, installation is straightforward and hassle-free when paired with approved Valoriani ovens.
