Everdure have neatly created probably a perfect pizza oven. A rotating stone that takes away the need to turn the pizza manually. Well done Everdure. Bravo.

U-Shaped Burner

Having a U-shaped burner that fills half the pizza oven equals a large area of heat coverage. Combine this with the rotating stone and watch the perfect pizzas fly out the oven.

Quick Heat-Up Time

The Kiln 2 has two gas burners for a fast heat up time. One U-shaped burner and a gas burner beneath the stone make this bad boy heat up quick! 15 minutes to 400 degrees Celcius quick in fact.

The gas burners have two independent control knobs for ultimate control.
