Christmas Delivery Dates
This Christmas and New Year break we will be operating at the below times with skeleton staff.  We will do our very best to get your orders dispatched as per the times noted as open for 'Order Dispatch' however please understand that the courier network will also be running on Skeleton staff until the 7th January 2019 when normal service will resume.Â
Therefore any orders made during the Christmas during the closure period should not be expected for delivery until after the 3rd January as a minimum.

Will my order arrive before Christmas?
The last thing we want is not to have something to give on Christmas day. We're all Christmas mad at The Pizza Oven Store too, so we completely get how important it is to have your order arrive before the big day.
The Pizza Oven Store ships products from its multiple warehouse locations all over Australia - not just one central warehouse. This means that the delivery times vary from item to item.

VIC, NSW and QLD
Most warehouses are either in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane which means if you're in a metro delivery area you should receive your order before Christmas if ordered before COB Tuesday 18th of December.
If you're in a regional area we recommend getting your order in no later than the 12th of December.

SA, WA, TAS, ACT & NT
Orders for the above states should be in before the 14th of December and as early as the 5th of December for regional areas within these states.

As we are at the mercy of our couriers and warehousing partners we, unfortunately, can't promise that your order will arrive on time. We hate to say it but the reality is that things go wrong sometimes - that's life! But we can promise that we will do all we possibly can to ensure your delivery does arrive on time.Â
