While all our wood-fired pizza ovens are exceptional, the Pizzaioli stands out as the epitome of authentic Italian-style pizza perfection, and it's ready to serve up your favorites in just 90 seconds flat!
With its classic design featuring a wider opening and a lower dome that channels heat directly to the oven floor, the Pizzaioli exudes an unmistakable Italian charm. But here's the secret: these ovens are not just for pizzas! They're versatile enough to whip up anything your conventional oven can cook, and it'll taste even better. Plus, each oven comes with a complimentary Portuguese ceramic baking dish, perfect for roasting chicken, veggies, casseroles, desserts, bread, and so much more!
What sets our ovens apart? Well, they're AUTHENTIC BRICK ovens, not clay impostors. Beware of imitations when shopping for oven brands - there's a world of difference. Our ovens are meticulously HANDMADE in Portugal and boast triple insulation, ensuring the outer surface remains cool to the touch while the interior sizzles with heat. Each oven boasts an inner layer of authentic fire brick and mortar, enveloped in our exclusive international PATENTED Rockwool Insulation, secured with metal batting, and finished with an additional layer of refractory cement.
The Pizzaioli Premium model sports a traditional BRICK facade, complete with a black NON-RUST CAST ALUMINUM door, chimney cavity, and chimney, which even includes a high heat window viewing pane on the door.
Here's a tip: Authentic Pizza Ovens never use zinc/galvanized coatings on any of our products. If you wish to customize your white domed oven to match your home or design preferences, you can easily paint or tile it with high-heat paint or adhesive. We recommend curing your oven first, using it for a few weeks, and treating it with Ultra Fire (included) before embarking on your creative journey.
