Crafted with an aluminum outer wall, a double-wall stainless steel inner wall with high-temperature ceramic blanket, and a refractory floor, this oven is built to last. The decorative facade bricks are composed of refractory cement (Lafarge), while the inside structure is forged iron, ensuring hours of heat retention inside while staying cool to the touch outside.

The Modern Pizza Oven with Lightning-Fast Heat-Up Only 20 minutes to heat up, and you're ready to cook pizzas in minutes! With the Maximus, you can make up to 30 pizzas per hour, each in under 3 minutes, using 2-3 kg of wood per hour (depending on moisture content).

Modifications for Food Trucks

Planning to use this oven in a food truck or trailer? It'll need some modifications to handle the suspension. Your vehicle must have satisfactory suspension, and the oven's face must be securely fastened with added bolts from the dome into the face. We provide an instructional video for this post-purchase modification. Please note that the warranty is void if not properly modified.
