The Ventura, much like its Lisboa counterpart, features a taller opening than the Pizzaioli and Buena Ventura models. This unique design allows you to accommodate a rotisserie spit effortlessly. As you fire up this beauty, you'll be treated to a mesmerizing display of flames, reminiscent of a cozy fire feature or fire pit. Its square-shaped door is a culinary canvas, perfect for pizzas, casseroles, bread, and succulent rotisserie creations.

Handmade Excellence from Portugal:
Our Ventura brick ovens are meticulously handmade in Portugal, crafted with care and precision. What sets them apart is their exceptional triple insulation, ensuring the exterior stays cool to the touch while the interior reaches scorching temperatures. Each oven features an inner layer of brick and mortar, coated with refractory cement. This is followed by a generous layer of Rockwool Insulation, a unique feature protected by our international utility patent. The insulation is secured with metal batting before an additional layer of refractory cement is applied. Our standard finish is pristine white, providing a canvas for your creativity.
Premium Hardware:
The Ventura boasts a stunning gray-toned stacked stone facade, complemented by a black NON-RUST CAST ALUMINUM door, chimney cavity, and STAINLESS STEEL chimney. The door incorporates a high-heat viewing window pane, allowing you to keep an eye on your culinary creations as they come to life.
At Authentic Pizza Ovens, we prioritize quality and safety. Our products never use galvanized coatings or zinc galvanizing coatings. You have the freedom to personalize your white-domed oven to match your home or design preferences using high-heat paint or adhesive. We recommend curing your oven and using it for a few weeks before applying UltraFire (included) for the best results.
