Ooni 13" Pizza Baking Steel
The Pizza Oven Store now has the Ooni Pizza Steel 13, which becomes almost mandatory for making pizzas in your regular convection oven.
Why do you need a baking steel?
Baking steels heat up much faster than conventional stone, and the Ooni team has designed this baking steel with the perfect thickness of 0.6cm, which is optimised for lower conventional oven temperatures up to 275°C/527°F.
The Ooni baking steel only takes around 30 minutes to reach a consistent cooking temperature, and you simply place the baking steel in your regular convection oven.
Now you can enjoy well-cooked pizza bases free from sogginess and all in the comfort of your indoor kitchen!
You can use the Ooni baking steel 13" for various pizza types - pre-made pizzas that are store-bought, deep pan and even frozen pizzas.
Note: This product is for use in home ovens and not for use in any Ooni oven.
