What's Covered
Your Ooni pizza oven is covered by a one-year warranty from the date you bought it as standard. But here's a pro tip: if you register your product* with us within 60 days of buying it, you'll qualify for extension of warranty period.
*Here are the extended warranty period for certain products:
5 Years
- Pizza Ovens
- Gas Burners (excluding Gas Regulators or Hoses)
2 Years
- Gas Regulator or Hose
If there are any defects in materials or workmanship during normal use, don't fret - we'll help you out. We will either repair or replace parts or the product free of charge, or any resolution that the team deems fit.

What's Not Covered
We know you'll be as careful as possible, but please note that the warranty doesn't cover any damage that comes from misuse, abuse, or neglect of the product. But we are happy to give additional care tips as needed. Also, accessories or components that aren't part of the original product aren't covered by the warranty.
